• Map coordinates, parcel selections, and terrain requests you make in the app.
• Device-generated technical information needed for app functionality, diagnostics, or reliability.
• Subscription status provided by Apple when you purchase or restore a subscription.
• Information you voluntarily send when contacting support.

2. Location Information

Bare Earth may use location information when you choose features that depend on your current location, such as centering the map near you or selecting nearby land.

Location access is subject to the permissions you grant through your Apple device. You can change location permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. Property, Parcel, and Terrain Data

Bare Earth uses property, parcel, elevation, mapping, terrain, satellite, and related geographic data from public or third-party data sources.

Searches and map requests may be transmitted to service providers as necessary to retrieve the requested information. Bare Earth does not claim ownership of third-party geographic datasets.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Bare Earth subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Bare Earth does not receive your full payment-card information.

Apple may provide the app with information necessary to determine whether a subscription is active, expired, restored, or otherwise available to your Apple ID.

5. How Information Is Used

Bare Earth may use information to:

• Provide property search, map, parcel, terrain, and elevation functionality.
• Display and restore subscription access.

Bare Earth retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide app functionality, maintain reliability, respond to support requests, satisfy legal obligations, or protect the service.

Some temporary technical or mapping data may be cached to improve performance.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information associated with Bare Earth. However, no internet-connected service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

Bare Earth is not directed to children under 13 and is intended as a land-information and terrain-planning tool. Bare Earth does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Your Choices

You can control certain permissions, including location access, through your Apple device settings.

You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

12. Legal and Safety Notice

Bare Earth provides informational land and terrain tools. Parcel boundaries, elevation information, terrain analysis, imagery, and other geographic information may be generalized, incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

The app is not a substitute for a legal survey, engineering analysis, title determination, permitting review, geotechnical investigation, or advice from a qualified professional.
