Information You Provide

Depending on the features you use, Fitness IQ may process information you choose to enter into the app, such as workout details, goals, preferences, progress information, recovery notes, or other fitness-related inputs.

You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to enter.

Apple Health & Health Data

If Fitness IQ offers an optional connection to Apple Health and you choose to enable it, the app may access only the health and fitness data types you specifically authorize through Apple’s permission system.

Health data is used only to provide app features you request, such as workout, activity, recovery, or progress-related experiences. Fitness IQ does not use health data for advertising and does not sell health data.

If you do not enable Apple Health access, Fitness IQ will not receive data through Apple Health.

Subscription & Purchase Information

Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Fitness IQ may receive limited purchase-status information from Apple, such as whether a subscription is active, expired, restored, or otherwise eligible for access.

Fitness IQ does not receive your full payment card number from Apple.

Technical & Diagnostic Information

Fitness IQ may receive limited technical or diagnostic information needed to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the app. This may include app version, device type, operating system version, crash information, and performance diagnostics.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• Provide Fitness IQ features and personalized app experiences.
• Display workout, progress, recovery, or coaching information.
• Verify subscription access and restore purchases.
• Respond to support requests.
• Diagnose bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
• Maintain app security and prevent misuse.

Information Sharing

Fitness IQ does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to operate the app, comply with law, protect users or the service, or work with service providers that support app functionality.

Third-party services may have their own privacy practices and policies.

Data Storage & Security

Some Fitness IQ information may be stored locally on your device. Other information may be processed or stored by service providers used to operate app features.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may be able to control your information by:

• Editing or deleting information within Fitness IQ where available.
• Changing Apple Health permissions in your device settings.
• Managing subscriptions through your Apple ID / App Store settings.
• Deleting the app from your device.
• Contacting us with privacy or support questions.

Children’s Privacy

Fitness IQ is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent or other legal authorization is required. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us.
