LiveCrew respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how LiveCrew collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the LiveCrew mobile application, website, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create or use a LiveCrew account, we may collect information such as your display name, username, profile biography, profile photo, account identifier, and other information you choose to add to your profile.
Sign in with Apple
LiveCrew may allow you to create or access your account using Sign in with Apple. Apple may provide LiveCrew with an account identifier and, depending on your Apple settings and authorization choices, your name or email address. LiveCrew uses this information to authenticate your account and maintain your LiveCrew profile.
Camera and Microphone
LiveCrew may request access to your device camera and microphone when you choose to host or participate in live video. Camera and microphone access is used to provide live video, audio, previews, and related participation features. LiveCrew does not activate these permissions without the authorization required by your device.
Live Streams and User Content
Content you choose to create or share through LiveCrew may include live video, audio, profile information, chat messages, reactions, room titles, join requests, and other content you submit or make available through the service.
Depending on the audience you select and the features you use, this content may be visible to other LiveCrew users or people who receive access to a shared live room.
Usage and Technical Information
LiveCrew may collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. This may include device type, operating system, app version, session activity, crash or error information, and interactions with LiveCrew features.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through LiveCrew to:
- Create, authenticate, and maintain your account.
- Display and manage your LiveCrew profile.
- Provide live video, audio, chat, reactions, and room participation.
- Allow users to invite, follow, discover, or interact with other users.
- Operate safety, moderation, blocking, reporting, and abuse-prevention features.

LiveCrew does not sell your personal information to advertisers.

- Business transfers: if LiveCrew is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by law.
4. Public and Shared Content
LiveCrew is designed around social and live participation. Information or content you choose to share publicly, with followers, with your crew, or in a live room may be seen, captured, recorded, or reshared by other people. Please use care when deciding what information to make available.
5. Account Controls and Deletion
You may manage certain account information from within LiveCrew. Where available, you may request deletion through LiveCrew's account management features.
You may also request account or data deletion by contacting loveforlocals@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before completing it.
When an account is deleted, LiveCrew will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information and user-generated content associated with the account, except where retention is required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes.
6. Data Retention
LiveCrew retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, maintaining account history, protecting users, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements.

You can control certain permissions, including camera and microphone access, through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related LiveCrew feature from working.

LiveCrew is not intended for children under 13. LiveCrew does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to LiveCrew, please contact loveforlocals@gmail.com.
10. Third-Party Services
LiveCrew may rely on third-party platforms or service providers to support features such as authentication, hosting, video infrastructure, storage, analytics, or communications. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
