Subscriptions
Drive IQ Plus may include premium route intelligence, smarter stop discovery, voice co-pilot features, Arrival IQ, and other advanced tools.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed through your Apple ID.
Common troubleshooting
- Make sure location permissions are enabled for GPS features.
- Use a strong cellular or Wi-Fi connection when planning a route.
- If the map does not load, close and reopen the app.
- If a route looks wrong, clear it and start a new route.
Safety note
Drive IQ is a navigation and route intelligence tool. Always follow posted road signs, traffic laws, and real-world driving conditions. Do not interact with the app while driving.
